Rob Harris - Senior Minister
Rob moved north in 1997 having previously trained at Bristol Baptist College and spent the early years of his ministry in the West Midlands.

He is married to Janet who runs Shard Recruitment and they have two grown sons Daniel and Oliver. Rob is passionate about the church and finding ways that enable it to make a difference not only in the lives of those who are part of it but also in the lives of those who are not.

When not working Rob enjoys the world of design and spending time with his wife.

Lisa Holmes - Associate Minister

Lisa joined the staff team in 1994. She studied theology at both Spurgeon's College and the London School of Theology.

Lisa is married to Mike and they have two children, Caitlin and Joel who are both at school locally. Lisa's passion is worship and teaching and she delights in opening up the scriptures so that they make a difference to people as they live their lives.

Lisa is also a very accomplished musican and worship leader

Phil Burns - Assistant Minister with responiblity for youth

The church invited Phil to join the staff team in 2001. Phill had previously studied at St. John's College, Durham and was a teacher in one of the local primary schools here in Skipton.

Phil is passionate about enabling young people to meet God and discipling themto ensure that they grow to maturity in Christ and have fun as they do so.

Phil is married to Helen and they have four children, Jacob, Reuben, Niamh and Eoin, yes Phil comes from Northern Ireland.

Helen Teague - Children's Worker

The church first met Helen when she visited as part of a BMS Action Team in 2002. We then spent the next year saying that the children's worker we were looking for should be someone just like her! In 2003 we eventually invited her to join the staff team.

Helen's greatest passion is simply children and helping them right from their early years to know Jesus loves them.
